Run night-of esports cups for Eventa / DHK_Gaming out of Dhaka. Own check-in, lobbies, brackets, Discord, and stream liaison for evening and weekend tournaments. Full-time or solid part-time if you can cover cup nights.
Eventa is building live event and esports infrastructure across Bangladesh. DHK_Gaming runs online cups on Eventa.live with Discord as coordination.
We need a Tournament Ops Lead who can keep a cup night moving: players checked in, lobbies up, matches on time, disputes handled calmly, and results recorded on Eventa (screenshot + dispute window). Discord stays coordination only.
This role reports to Mehran / the Tournaments lane. Full-time preferred; part-time is fine if you are solid for evening and weekend cups.
