Cookie Policy
Which cookies we use, what they do, and how to change your choice.
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Eventa Enterprise LLC ("Eventa," "we," "our," or "us") runs eventa.live. This policy explains the cookies the website uses, what each one is for, how long it stays in your browser, and how you can change your choice at any time.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work, such as the ones that keep you signed in. Others help us understand how the site is used or measure our ads. We set those only if you say yes.
Cookies we use
Necessary
These keep the site working and secure, so they are always on and need no consent. You can block them in your browser, but then signing in won't work.
| Cookie | What it does | How long it stays |
|---|---|---|
eventa_access_token, eventa_refresh_token and the website's sign-in session cookies | Keep you signed in and protect your account, for example against forged requests. | Until you sign out, or until they expire |
eventa_consent | Remembers your cookie choice, so we don't ask again on every visit. | 13 months |
eventa_spectator | Set only when you vote on a live match without signing in, so each browser's vote counts once. | 180 days |
Analytics
Google Analytics tells us how many people visit and which pages they use, so we can improve the site. We load it only if you accept analytics cookies.
| Cookie | What it does | How long it stays |
|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_<id> | Google Analytics: tells one visit from another and counts which pages are used. | Up to 2 years |
Marketing
The Meta Pixel measures how our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform, and the TikTok Pixel, when we measure TikTok ads, does the same for TikTok. We load them only if you accept marketing cookies.
| Cookie | What it does | How long it stays |
|---|---|---|
_fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from one of our ads | Meta Pixel: recognises your browser so we can measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. | 90 days |
_ttp | TikTok Pixel: recognises your browser so we can measure our ads on TikTok. Set only when we measure TikTok ads on the site. | 13 months |
eventa_attribution_v1 (kept in your browser's storage, not a cookie) | Remembers which of our ads or campaign links brought you to EVENTA, so we can tell which ones work. It is sent only to EVENTA, with your sign-up, order, club join or RSVP. | 30 days |
eventa:group-link-tap:<code> (kept in your browser's storage, not a cookie) | Set when you open a club's group link (eventa.live/l/…), so the club's count of visits from that link counts you once. | Until you close the tab |
pendingMembershipInvite, when it holds a club's group link (kept in your browser's storage, not a cookie) | Remembers the club group link you arrived through. If you create an EVENTA account soon after, it is sent only to EVENTA with your sign-up, so whoever made the link earns referral points. | 2 hours, or until you close the tab |
Google, Meta and TikTok handle what they collect under their own policies: Google's privacy policy, Meta's privacy policy and TikTok's privacy policy.
Changing your choice
On your first visit we ask before setting any analytics or marketing cookie, and nothing is ticked for you. You can change your answer at any time with the button below, or with Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. When you switch a category off, we delete its cookies and reload the page.
You can also delete cookies in your browser's settings. We will then ask you again.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a no to marketing cookies: "Accept all" then turns on analytics cookies only. You can still switch marketing cookies on yourself in Cookie settings.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when we add or remove a cookie. The date at the top shows the last change.
